Part of Halloween In Newburgh is always Trick or Treating at the shops starting at 2 pm and the Ghostly Stroll Halloween Parade on October 28, 2017 at 2:30 pm where we close the streets of Monroe, Jennings, State and Water for a parade with the Little Old Dam Band followed by tons of kids, pets and parents walking through the streets dressed in their Halloween costumes.  It is great fun and there are prizes ….lots of prizes.
Then head over to the Harvest Festival in the Town Hall parking lot. It is our Fall Farmers Market!  There are fall vendors, music and games.  Plus come dressed in your Halloween costume and do some trick or treating.
Saturday, July 1, 2017: Historic Newburgh Fireworks and Evening in the Park  – It’s an old fashion community Independence Day Celebration, complete with “summer social” type games, lots of food, and a community concert by the Old Dam Band.  This is a great way to teach your kids what it means to be an American.  This is how Newburgh celebrates Independence Day for the United States of America!
