Historic Newburgh, Inc. is planning to publish a
cook book of local recipes from HNI members and
Newburgh residents. Of special interest are regional
recipes. Please feel free to list the original
source (Great grandma Mary Jones) where, when and/or
how long he/she lived in the area. It doesn't have
to be an old recipe to be a great one. Send family
favorites, and those highlighting a favorite
ingredient. Please, share family secret recipes!
