DEDICATED TO THE BEAUTIFICATION OF DOWNTOWN NEWBURGH
Purpose: To assist and coordinate with merchants, non-government organizations, and the Town of Newburgh to shape the physical appearance, image and safety of downtown for investors, business owners, residents, and visitors.
Purpose: To strengthen existing downtown assets and businesses and to create a supportive and inviting environment for entrepreneurs and innovators to help drive the local economy.
