Commitment

Board members commit to a 3-year term. A second 3-year term may then be agreed upon. If two consecutive 3-year terms are served, one year must be taken off as a voting member.
Board members attend 12 monthly board meetings a year with 75% attendance minimum.
Board members are expected to make personal commitments of time and attendance at 3-5 HNI events annually.

Board members make an annual individual financial (membership) contribution.
